Account details you give us (name, email, password), the inputs you type into our tools, purchase history, and basic usage analytics such as pages visited and buttons clicked.

To run your account, generate your tool results, process payments, deliver products you buy, send emails you ask for, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

We use Stripe for payments, Shopify for digital downloads, Mailchimp for email, and Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Each processes only the data needed to do its job.

Google Analytics runs only on working-theory-ai.com, only after you accept analytics, and never on signed-in dashboard, account, or checkout pages. We send page addresses (with sensitive query values removed), campaign source parameters, and a small set of fixed event names such as newsletter signups. We never send your email address, name, account ID, or anything you type into our tools. Advertising storage and ad personalisation stay switched off.

You can accept or reject Google Analytics at any time. Your choice is stored in this browser and takes effect immediately.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.
